  • I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR BUYER MISORDER.
  • Cancellations must be made within the first 24 hours unless the order has been shipped the same day or next day.
  • You may always contact us at menaceapparelvr@gmail.com if you have any questions.

Damages and issues

  • Please Inspect your order upon receiving and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • Please remember that most of our items are handmade and they will not be 100% perfect. Imperfections are to be expected on items that are out of our control. We strive to triple check all orders before they are shipped out.
  • To be eligible for a return an item must have been received damaged, a photo must be sent to us within the first 24 hours at menaceapparelvr@gmail.com.
  • If the wrong item was received, please contact us immediately with a photo and invoice number at menaceapparelvr@gmail.com.

Exchanges

  • We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
  • If you order the wrong size or the wrong item by accident, we can offer an exchange, (NO REFUNDS), you will have to cover the shipping cost of sending it back and having the new item sent to you.
  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible. Once the returned item is accepted, we will ship out the new item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

  • Items sent back to us without requesting an exchange first will not be accepted. All exchanges must be approved.

Non-exchangeable items

  • Certain items cannot be exchanged. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Digital products, Perishable Products, Beauty, Hygiene products or any undergarment products.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for on sale/clearance items, gift cards, or custom items.

Custom items

  • Custom items CAN NOT be exchanged for any reason they are final sale. If you receive a damaged item, you must provide picture proof of the item within 24 hours and the item will be replaced if we are at fault. (A custom item is an item that we here at Rosabel’s Creations does specifically for you.
