Shipping policy


  • There will be absolutely NO address changes once the order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address.
  • If your order has been shipped to the wrong address at your fault: You will be responsible for contacting USPS, UPS, or FedEx to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept; you will be responsible for any fees charged.
  • If USPS, UPS or FedEx is unable to change the address, and they ship back to me, you the buyer will result in additional shipping cost, in order to have me ship your order back.
  • Lost USPS, UPS, or FedEx packages will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Please email us for help if you have not received your order at menaceapparelvr@gmail.com. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to the carrier losing your order.
  • All orders shipped will come with a tracking number, unless otherwise specified.
  • Please note that processing time and shipping time are different. Our processing time for ready-to-ship orders is up to 3 business days. Customizable orders processing time can take up to 2 weeks. Wholesale orders can take 3 to 4 weeks. Shipping time can take up to 5 days.
  • If you place an order and you need it expedited or by a certain date, please contact us. I cannot be held accountable for orders not received in time if I was not notified.
  • If you need a next day shipping fare additional fees will be charged.
